It gives amateur riders newer to cycling a unique opportunity to pedal past impressive London landmarks – all on traffic-free roads and is ideal for all riding abilities.

 

Entries for the 2024 event are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so hurry to guarantee your place in this popular ride.

 

Please note general entry costs £32. You must be aged 16 or over to take part. If you're 16 or 17, you must ride with an adult aged 18 or over.

The Route

Like both the 100-mile and 60-mile rides, the 2023 Ford RideLondon-Essex 30 set off from Victoria Embankment in central London before heading north-east. Riders then cruised up to South Woodford, close to the Essex border, where they turned around for the return to central London and a spectacular finish at Tower Bridge.
