The benefits of using recycled zinc alloy include any leftover medals can be melted down and remade into new products, including metals, without any deterioration in the metal’s quality.

Zinc die-casting is more energy efficient manufacturing process compared to other metal die-casting processes, such as aluminium. The die casting of zinc alloys requires less energy to reach the melting temperature than other metals, contributing to further energy savings. This means lower greenhouse gas emissions and a reduction in the overall carbon footprint.
